Older Siblings

While Shane and I were in Hawaii (see pics below) Shane's Mom watched the boys at her house. I told Cole that he needed to help Grandma keep Caleb out of trouble. He takes his jobs very seriously, and this was no exception. One day Caleb had scattered toys everywhere, when Cole noticed he told Caleb that he had made such a mess that he had to go sit in timeout. He took him by the hand and led him into the laundry room where he was told to stay. Surprisingly Caleb did as he was told and stayed, he made sure that everyone knew he was mad by screaming until Cole decided he could come out. He must have learned his lesson because the next day he had scattered crayons all over, all Cole had to do was threaten time out to have Caleb scrambling to pick up crayons. Cole was nice enough to help him pick them up. I guess they don't need me anymore.

Wow...how nice to go to Hawaii! Especially with the gloomy weather around here. I keep that thinking that with another kid, what little traveling we do is going to stop...so you gave me hope.

Have you been making Cole study old Super Nanny tapes?
